Possibly both but it would depend on what you find fun, similar to skydiving or bungee jumping. Personally, I would never want to go zorbing for two reasons 1) If you throw up, you throw up in an enclosed space that is constantly revolving. Think along the lines of a washing machine. Spin cycle! 2) There is considerable risk of breaking bones compared to many other 'sports', especially the clavicle.

ChrisDG, I don't know where you heard that there is a considerable risk of breaking bones, I highly doubt that. The zorb has two balls, an outer one that rolls along the ground & an inner one that you sit in (if your doing the water zorb, that is). They are seperated by air so even if you move around in the zorb, you'll never touch the ground, just bounce around slightly. I personally found zorbing quite fun although would hardly call it an extreme sport. It was a good experience but not worth the money.

Ice-blocking is much more fun!

Mostly zorbing is very fun. There is some great video footage and explanations on the inventor's site www.theogo.com. The H2OGO (also called hydro-zorbing) has water inside and you can have 1, 2 or 3 people inside at once. The more people, the more fun it is. As long as you go with experienced operators, the activity is very safe - especially the H2OGO. Regarding ChrisDG's comments: 1. No-one has ever thrown up inside the OGO while zorbing 2. The "considerable risk of breaking bones" is completely wrong. There is practically NO risk of breaking anything while zorbing (again - presuming you are zorbing with an experienced operator).
