In rare cases, a woman can get her period if she is pregnant. The female body is designed to have menstrual periods if she does not become pregnant after ovulation to clean the egg cell out of the body. If you do not ovulate, which you shouldn't during pregnancy, you won't have a period. It does happen in some cases, though.
I'm a little confused. Are you currently pregnant? If so, you wont get your period and you need to not take the pill anymore. If you're not currently pregnant: If you're on the pill and you get pregnant (highly unlikly by the way) your period will stop like it normally does when you're pregnant. Did that help?
