One deejay on Los Angeles's classical radio station has a voice I find unbearable. He's a superb musicologist, but his voice sounds so AFFECTED. It's nasal, and it's alternately booming and whispery, and some of his characteristic intonation patterns are used by no one else I've ever heard. It's as though he doesn't fill his lungs when he talks. "Recording" is always "recorting." I could go on.... The station's other announcers are very good, especially Rich Caparella. He's ALSO an excellent musicologist, and lots of fun. His voice is a pleasure to listen to.

Mainly because I don't like her personality. She's pushy and assumes that everything revolves around getting what she needs.
