There is a really good lotion I use called Eucerin. It is for severly dry or chapped skin and also for people like myself who have eczema. I hope this helps! +4

P.S. You can usually find it at any drug or department store, and it runs about 5 or 6 dollars depending on the store.

Many people have found something called Bag Balm great for seriously chapped and cracked skin. Don't laugh - it was originally (and still is, I guess) used to treat sore udders on cows. I used it once myself on chapped hands, and it really helped.
I think you can get it at large stores like Wal-Mart, or on the internet.
P.S. BIG hint: whatever lotion you use, get a pair of soft cotton gloves, really slather on the lotion, and put on the gloves overnight. It works!!

    Vaseline or Lanolin.
Recently re~discovered Lanolin, and I really love it. The way it feels and smells. Nicer than most hand creams I've tried.

Here is what I have learned over the years:

    1. Avoid any alcohol-based soaps and lotions. They just dry your skin out.
    2. Avoid fragrance. Your skin doesn’t need it!
    3. Moisturize RIGHT AFTER washing your hands to seal in the moisture.
    4. The lotion or soap should replenish what it removes from your skin. Often this is salt.

I have some great products to recommend. Some 3in1 Dead Sea products– I swear by them - let me know if you want any of that information!

I think you should either try Nuetragena or Aquaphor.
