There is a really good lotion I use called Eucerin. It is for severly dry or chapped skin and also for people like myself who have eczema. I hope this helps! +4 P.S. You can usually find it at any drug or department store, and it runs about 5 or 6 dollars depending on the store.

Vaseline or Lanolin. Recently re~discovered Lanolin, and I really love it. The way it feels and smells. Nicer than most hand creams I've tried.

Many people have found something called Bag Balm great for seriously chapped and cracked skin. Don't laugh - it was originally (and still is, I guess) used to treat sore udders on cows. I used it once myself on chapped hands, and it really helped. I think you can get it at large stores like Wal-Mart, or on the internet. P.S. BIG hint: whatever lotion you use, get a pair of soft cotton gloves, really slather on the lotion, and put on the gloves overnight. It works!!
