I'm going to use the typewriter in this example because most people use the internet today but, in some areas a typewriter is still necessary. So, we have a change in demand because, Say I have a retail store and not as many people are buying them as they use to. Now a change in quantity demanded would be; I do not need to buy a hundred of them to have on hand because people are not buying typewriters as frequently as in the past. So, I only need to have ten in stock.
