If there is such a thing, yes, but just to have fun not because the rent was low...get a couple friends to rent with you and you can all look for the ghosts together..it would be a lark!! You would be in the news if you found a ghost and maybe on TV...your rent may be low when you rented the place and you could tell the landlord how horrible it was to live there to get an even cheaper rent next next month!!!
