There will be no difference. I tried to tell my Dad last night that it doesn't really matter if Tony Blair becomes the President, because he's going to have no real power (past persuasion) anyway. He told me I'm wrong, but I stand by it for now.
I would rather than they sent Milliband over to be foreign minister instead though. Just because he is my guilty political crush.
I'm past caring about the European council. We're screwed whatever.
