there is no "best" medicine. it all depends on your skin type & your health. you should see a dermatologist about it to get what is best for you.

ive always used proactive... works great. but u should get acne medicene thATS reccomended by your doctor

clearasil is good.. if its really bad go and see the doctor.. they'l give you anti biotics, and trust me, that will clear it right up :)
