I've helped out in that field at various times, and even corporate computer users will get stuck on the stupidest things, not read their screens, tell you things that are patently false, not admit they don't know what they're doing, be unable to describe what is wrong or what happened prior to that (or will tell you wrong), will use the word "PC" or "Computer" when referring to their monitor, will not be able to tell you whether a light is on, etc etc etc. See www.computerworld.com, the "Sharkbait" section. But the no-midnights and no-home-users things are plusses. Why not try it out?
