Help answer this question below.

I took my son by ambu to hospital n we was put in isolation for 6 hours. he had 2 wear mask dut coughing but the nurses didnt wear 1. aft 6hrs the dr told us he had swine flu. his nose was also bleeding which we dont know why.i got it now can i sue them?

    How exactly would you PROVE that this was your only exposure to his swine flu, especially when (assumedly) you live in the same household?
    If you have a problem with how you were cared for, take it up with the hospital. But to me, it sounds like they did nothing wrong, and someone is trying to cash in where it's not applicable.
