  • No, I had some uncles that hunted and did stuff like that, but they all died off. I'll take any sausage you don't want!
  • That is so funny. Sorry. But I'm imagining it. It sounds like a good stint in a comedy. Anyway, I would tell them NO. No body parts, no sausages. Please NO. How about going to a science lab and buying them a few human body parts and returning the favor?
  • No, I wish there were. I like dead animal body parts and sausages. I'd even take the antlers.
  • Where I grew up, hunting was one of many ways to supplement the diet and cut down on the food bill. All of my relatives and neighbors hunted and any time they offered us part of their take, it was gratefully accepted. But that was long ago and far away. In more recent history I once had a neighbor who would offer the neighbors bits and pieces of his 'take'. I don't know which annoyed me most, the fact that he was only offering it to make sure we all knew what a great hunter he was, or the fact that he had absolutely no 'need' to be hunting.
  • Yes, and I behave with graciousness. If you truly cannot stand the stuff, give it to someone who can use it — for instance, a shelter or food pantry. They're giving it to you as a gift. I hope you're not acting like an ungrateful jerk about it.
  • just fish and I love the stuff
