Scare the shit out of really old folk. Threaten people who don't give them money BEFORE Halloween night. Throw eggs around in super markets during the day! Lovely kids. They are of course misunderstood. ( Got my Glock 17 ready and waiting! lol!) Mischief Night? My arse!!

Here, Isla Vista, the UCSB campus village thatis off campus has exploded in beer parties and torching off of dumpsters. It has been a major problem for the sheriff's department in the last few years. There is usually a death, someone falls off a ledge or a balcony. The students go crazy for twenty four hours!
