Infact there is nothiing called "Good" or "bad" bacteria that depends on what do you use it !
for eampile E-coli is a bacteria wich found in the guts thease bacteria nessesery for the humans "digesting silelouse" or other uses "I'll not gonna bore you with them " if tease bacteria get into the stomach it might cause a stomach Ulcer

Maybe aerobic bacteria are good and anaerobic bacteria are bad.
Or maybe bacteria that you're used to and newly-arrived bacteria are bad (why else would travelers to Mexico get Montezuma's Revenge, while natives don't?)
