Shower frequently using antibacterial soap, make sure you dry your back thoroughly.
For your face you can use something like Oxy if a simple cleanser and facial scrub doesn't work for you. There may be cheaper alternatives to Oxy, in the UK there's 'Pan Oxyl' for example. Ask a pharmacist and they may be able to point one out to you or you can google the active ingredient and see if you can find it.
Do not buy acne treatments online unless it's from a reputable source.

Powder 10 almonds and add to this the juice of 2 lemons. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, mix well and store. Keep it in a jar and use twice a day. Its helps in curing acne.
