I hope so. I have been noticing some pretty glaring bad calls lately.

I think with so much on the line. it is important to make the right call. I do believe instant reply will help tremendously
I hope not. I hate instant replay in football and basketball.
No, only on controversial home run calls. Instant Replay slows down the game, and in most regular season games, is uncalled for. In the playoffs, however, when every game matters, Instant Replay should be used on every controversial call. Sure, it'll make the umps look bad, but they need to swallow their pride in the name of advancement in baseball.

I agree,these guys are well paid and are making simple mistakes.If a ball is hit and an outfielder catches it the hitter is out.The ump in the world series forgot that basic principle and had to be corrected by the other umps.That is pitiful for a professional ump.
