With the high amount of mistakes made by the umpires in the baseball playoffs,will next year bring instant replay to make sure the calls are right?

• I agree,these guys are well paid and are making simple mistakes.If a ball is hit and an outfielder catches it the hitter is out.The ump in the world series forgot that basic principle and had to be corrected by the other umps.That is pitiful for a professional ump.

• It will be the final decider,and if the call is wrong it will be made right.The umps in this playoffs have been making very many important mistakes.If they cannot do their job properly they should be fired,and replay to do the job for them.

• Yes...they are allowed so many bad calls. But instant replay would let them change the game the right way. And how do we know certain umpires may not have a financial investment to make a 'bad' call ?

• In football,and hockey the call is made by the instant replay.You might be right that the umps are paid to make bad calls.

• Though some of the mistakes made this year caused teams that would have won a game to lose a game.These guys are well paid and obviously need help for they can't see what is going on in a game.
