Help answer this question below.

My husband has r/a and is on methotrexate. My doctor suggested we wear condoms can lubricated one's hurt the baby? Also, I am 17 weeks pregnant and we haven't use condoms up until now could that have effected the baby? He wasn't on it when I got pg.

    from what i'm reading if you take methotrexate it can induce abortion.
    but i don't think it would have any effect through a condom as it's perfectly okay to have sex while pregnant up until the 3rd trimester.

    call his doctor & ask as i don't know much about what you're asking.
