I don't know but I would think to take the full 28 days just in case. Better to be safe than to be sorry.
Your suppose to start taking them after you have finished you period, but if you want full effect of the birth control, the recommended wait time is a full months worth.

I forgot to take my pill one day, and about four days later took it five hours late. Will this mess up my system or keep me less protected?

I started my period on a Sat and i started my Sronyx pill two Sun after that, Do i have to wait a month before im FULLY protected????
