Less than a week. You need water and other liquids as well.

The vitamins might help a bit, but your body needs energy and vitamins do not provide energy. In one rather famous case of 10 people on a hunger strike, the first died in 46 days, the last in 76.

not long enough ... vitamins are only a small portion of the nutrients you need ... carbs, proteins, fats ... you need it all to survive

Good question, honestly i am not really sure, i would think you could survive for quite a long while, but would develop problems eventually especially for the lack of protein, now if your vitamins somehow had protein in them, well then i guess you could live for a long while, but would eventually waste away because of not enough food, it would also depend on how much activity you did, if you were extremely inactive and did very very little, you would last a whole lot longer.
I would be interested in a answer to this as well, but i think there are to many unanswered variables to give a complete answer.

It really depends on what stores or reserves they have in their body. It could be a few weeks but not long. They would still starve to death just as if they weren't eating as the body needs more than vitamins. It needs fats, carbs, proteins, and so much more.
