Help answer this question below.
It took almost a year and now my body is better then before pregnancy. I wear a smaller pants size now then I ever did. I do have a gut now though but it isn't noticeable by anyone but me. Breast feeding helps a lot!
BTW, I have had four pregnancies with three live births.
I didn't bounce back @ all!
No evedence? Save some money for the operations you will need after the first one. The stomach and the breasts hardly ever look the same and this was a very big deal to me. Make sure you have money to put yourself back together if you need to, don't gain a ton of weight and eat very healthy for you and baby. Stretch marks are normal and look awful. Make sure you have lots of lotions during pregnancy and use them. Eat vitamins for your hair and skin. This is a must. Some, very few I might add, have no side effects of pregnancy but it is not common. Keep that body of yours in good shape you only get one.
women look structurally different after pregnancy.
and even more beautiful.

You're reading Women, do you think it's true what "they" say.. that your body is never the same after pregnancy? or did you find that yours bounced back...leaving no evidence?
