I would never do that, but I was doing some interviewing a few months ago and someone actually did answer their cell phone during the middle of the interview, and then she proceeded to chat with them for about 30 seconds (non-emergency)!! When she hung up, I thanked her for coming in and walked her out the door. The look of confusion on her face was priceless.

While on job interview i used to turn off my mobile. So upto no i have never attend any call on job interview.
