After 4 months, 500 online apps, 200 paper apps I finally got a job, what is minimum wage these days?

I know you are in CA...how can they get away with paying you below min wage? Employers like that make me so darn mad!

It is definitely slave labor. In fact tomorrow I will be called on the carpet for working 20 minutes past my shift to help a customer. And believe me I am still looking for something else. I still feel humiliated at how far I have fallen.

No Take her little hand and take her door to door. I did scouts with mine for 5 Years and it helps their people skills, how to talk to strangers and their self-esteem when they sell stuff. Sorry just how I feel about it. +5
