None that I know of, and I've been to a few countries.
I've never seen it anywhere else. Most paper currencies seem to vary color, design and even size to make differentiating denominations of bills easier.

I also do not know of any. Certainly not Canada, France, Britain, India, Italy, Netherlands, or Mexico. I think I have a few others, but I'm drawing a blank off the top of my head.
