After installing a new fuel pump in a 1998 chevy s-10 truck still not getting any gas flow what could be the problem?

A clogged inline fuel filter (a small cylindrical looking part running along the left side of the chassis) or it can be the fuel pump relay. The fuel pump relay is a small black box usually under the hood. The other item is the fuel distributor. An expensive part. I would check with the least expensive part first, the inline fuel filter. You can take it off and blow through it and see if the gas is clean or dirty. Post back when you find the problem.
