I really want to buy the ice cream factory. But it keeps saying I cant buy it at this time come back later. Whats the quickest way for me to be able to buy this? I have enough money, i just need to know what missions i have to do to get it.. Thanks :)

    You'll have to complete more missions. I have finished the Vice City storyline. Its really a nightmare trying to save up to buy properties.
