How do you decide who to put down as references on a job application?

    Think about who will instantly recognize your name when the employer calls them to inquire about you. You don't want the employer to call one of your references and for them to pause for a minute to have to remember who you are!

    In this economy, it’s incredibly tough it find ANY job at all. In case that job doesn't work out for you I might be able to offer some advice. I just graduated from college with a Bachelors of Science, yet I still can’t find anything!
