You're reading I don't know when newspapers will die out altogether but it will probably be soon. Our local paper used to have 5 parts (excluding the ads) then it dropped to 4 and last week it dropped to 3. Soon it will have disappeared. Do you still read newspapers?

Me too...every day. But it's been shrinking and getting thinner. We went to the library yesterday only to discover they are closed Sunday,Monday,Tuesday...budget cuts. Will libraries survive do you think or will they eventually disappear? Thank you for your answer kybear! :)

Libraries are always one of the first items that suffer from budget cuts. It's a shame. I don't take advantage of our library as much as I should. I much prefer to buy my own books and read them at my leisure.

I suppose bookstores will survive in any case. At least I hope so. :)
