That is such a profound answer iBambi. But on the flip side, it has been done in time past to no avail.(speaking of people taking a stand). But yet and still the intimidation process seems to gain much ground against the employees body by the nano second.
Do you think, maybe, we may have contributed to their impervious mind set/behavior? or possibly lack of labor law knowledge or being too responsive at the bark of their demand whether it's lawful or not?
