Help answer this question below.
I have the same problem (like now for instance) and I really don't know how to sort it out but I do know that a person needs a different amount of sleep when they get to different ages (ie.get older) so I suppose it doesn't matter if you spend most of the night wide awake just so long as your body gets the right amount of sleep and gets it at regular enough intervals.Even though I know this, it's still not much help...I'm still in the same boat as you! You're reading I CAN'T SLEEP AT NIGHT BUT I GO TO SLEEP ABOUT 3:00 AM IN THE MORNING IS IT OK, FOR ME TO SLEEP LIKE THAT.AND HALF THE TIME I FEEL SICK WHAT THAT CALLED.
