Question

Help answer this question below.

Im moving soon to a house that heats with Natural Gas. How can I estimate how much I would be spending to heat the home per month? I live in Virginia and the house is old so I expect drafts but I will fix that once I move in.

You could probably call the gas company and ask them how much it costs on average per month. I heat with natural gas too and trust me it's no bargain. But it's gotten better since I replaced the windows in my 100+ year old house! :^) Good luck!

You could ask any neighbors that live nearby that uses natural gas about what they approximately spend or you might even be able to ask the gas company if they can give you an average of what people in that area pay.

I hope you enjoy the new house.
