a sexual freak in my understanding is someone that just can't get enough. they love sex and lots of it. they have few or no inhibitions.
a pervert has sexual preferences that are unnatural or abnormal. usually beyond typical fetishes. likes children, animals, could be a rapist, extreme BSDM and in my opinion includes cross dressers, transvestites and transgenders.
