I'm afraid that there is no school for Wiccans.
You will need to find a Wicca coven. You can check witchvox.com for people near you, but the best way is probably to go to local Pagan Federation events so that you can meet other Pagans. There is bound to be Wiccans at these events, not to mention plenty of people who would know Wiccans. So go along, make friends with people and let the magic of social networking lead you to where you need to be.
