Rape is rape. The only person to blame is the person who violates a persons right to say NO!

Do you find this subject funny?
I mean when you get drunk you go around yelling RAPE, right?
Need I remind you of the girl who cried rape to many times?

how could it possibly be the girls fault? this is a stupid question, and if anything, looking for a sympathy vote??? i mean based on your other questions, you seem like a pretty needy attention starved person, and if you are implying that this happened to you, then you done need to be telling it to answerbag. you need professional help. i pity you.

This seems a silly question. Why would it be her fault?

No!! It is never the fault of the victim, I don't care if she was kissing him with her shirt off, if she said no to intercourse, that is exactly what it means, and how tall the guy was means nothing except in this case, he had more power over her. I am so sorry this happened!

Rape means it is the fault of the rapist no matter how strong or tall anyone is. If a migdget drugs and rapes a giant it is still rape and it is the midget's fault. Any young woman that was held against her will was definitely raped.

All sing, first, to your question - in no way is rape ever the fault of the victim (whether girl or guy).

Next, thank you for not actually spelling the word out, but why use it in the first place. It's only demeaning you and showing lack of the English language. You deserve better than that.

I agree with Bluemuun though, why curse and put down the people answering the question. You did ask people's opinions, so be prepared to receive varied answers, some of which you might not agree with or even like. Like Bluemunn said, these people are simply offering words to help. Don't downgrade yourself by downgrading them or worse, cursing them out. You're better than that, stand up and show it.

I pray you were not the one that way raped! IF it was you or you know who it was, YOU need to report it and get this creep off the streets 'before he can do it to someone else'. Don't let that happen! If it were you, please know you are in my prayers. (not everybody's answer on AB is to help, but know there are those who do try to help)

I find that a very awkward position in which to rape a female. He would have to be very much stronger then her. A female usually would be very hard to rape in that position. I would need a lot more information in order to form an opinion on that question. Any rape is wrong but sometimes what starts out as unwilling sex becomes willing by the victim. Is it then not rape??? I don't know the answer to that one. In the same context is buying consumer goods when unwilling but being talked into it by a salesperson ethical/lawful or is the salesperson stealing your money legally or not? Lots of definitions needed!!!!!
I would say rape is rape no matter on the strength and height of the parties. However, I grew up in a time when the female would always say no to keep her honor and then give in with her honor intact. Definitions have now changed!!!!!!!!!!!

According to the bible, if she didn't scream for help, she was equally culpable, and I don't mean "capable of starring in I Spy with Bill cosby".

You betcha...regardless of the location (within the city or not, have you ever read such nonsense?) and under the circumstances described in the question, it would be considered "Aggravated Sexual Assault"....that means prison-time where the actor would get to experience a taste of his own medicine, up close and personal.
