I agree with Bluemuun though, why curse and put down the people answering the question. I find that a very awkward position in which to rape a female. He would have to be very much stronger then her. A female usually would be very hard to rape in that position. I would need a lot more information in order to form an opinion on that question. Any rape is wrong but sometimes what starts out as unwilling sex becomes willing by the victim. Is it then not rape??? I don't know the answer to that one. In the same context is buying consumer goods when unwilling but being talked into it by a salesperson ethical/lawful or is the salesperson stealing your money legally or not? Lots of definitions needed!!!!!
I would say rape is rape no matter on the strength and height of the parties. However, I grew up in a time when the female would always say no to keep her honor and then give in with her honor intact. Definitions have now changed!!!!!!!!!!!
