There will always be controversary about vaccines since some feel gaining immunity the old fashioned way (getting the illness and your own immune system fighting it off) is still a viable option. Something that all the vaccine hype tends to seem to want to discount.

Because people are uneducated. This vaccine is exactly the same as the regular flu vaccine except it has this strain in it. Had they found it earlier, it would be in the seasonal flu shot. It will be next year btw.
This flu seems to affect the young and that is what makes the flu scarier. People expect the very old and infirm to die from a flu not people in their 20s.
There is no validity in the claim that it hasn't been tested. Seasonal flu shots have been given for years. This is no different.

Call me skeptical. Sometimes I just think it is another way for the mega-rich pharmaceutical/medical world to make more money for nothing. Just my opinion. [I suppose until I drop dead from wine flu, LOL].
