Evolution should be taught in science class because it is the only one on the list that is actually science.

The others can be taught in *social* science classes so that students understand there are people with religious beliefs that don't match science, which is perfectly within their rights to believe. Intelligent Design materials could also be incorporated into a literature class. Basically, they could be taught as just about anything but as science.

I think they should teach the Theory of Evolution in Science classes and leave so-called Intelligent Design to those churches that subscribe to it.

Not all religious people disagree with the Theory of Evolution, many are quite content with the view that the seven days of creation were not solar days, but ages. Furthermore God, with the creation, could well have laid the foundations of evolution.

Evolutionary theory should be taught in schools because it is a science and has educational worth.
Intelligent design should be derided as the thinly veiled copy of creationist nonsense that it is.

Evolution should be taught in schools. Intelligent design should not because it is religious and the place for teaching religion is at home or in church.
If you want a good dissertation on this you should read "Idiot America"--by Charles Pierce...

There's no definition of "theory" that applies to all of these. Evolution is a scientific theory, which is the pinnacle of scientific advancement. It means that a hypothesis has passed numerous tests, and is accepted by the scientific community at large.
The only meaning of "theory" that fits "intelligent design" is that of conjecture. Ask a child why a flagpole has no flag, and you're likely to get an explanation of equal merit.

    I'm torn
the theory of evolution is just a theory, not a law yet.

Intelligent design could mean a God, God's, but there are fringe groups that believe that Aliens seeded the universe with the basics of life.

Other could be the many schools of thought on how humans and other life can to be

How do we find out which is right?

I think we should teach what we find in the fossil record, but allow the 'origins' to parents to decide

So I say don't teach any one of these

pls feel free to comment on my answer, but also answer so I can point you
