G'day Clueless, Thank you for your question. It would be an excellent meal with great wine. It would be even better if we went to a great movie or show or dancing. The highlight of the evening would be some quality time with my partner at the end of the evening. Being able to sleep in the next morning would be the icing on the cake. Regards

That's a tough one. I would have to say April 25th. Because it's not too hot, not too cold, all you need is a light jacket.

Dinner at a incredible restaraunt, preceded by coffee and finding a few dozen books at a huge local bookstore/coffeehouse (and him buying all of the ones I liked)...topped off with a walk through a light-strewn park, flowers from a sidewalk vendor, and them coming across a local concert on the village greeen.

How about asking them for dinner but rather than the usual restaurant, you set up a table and chairs in an unusual setting. (a table on the beach, in the park, in your back garden, an old warehouse or whatever!) and make it as romatic as possible. White linen tablecloth, candles, flowers, silver ware, fine wine, soft music, fairy lights if outside etc etc. Then have a simple meal prepared (one where you only have to be away for a short period of time and requires very little effort). If you have more money, you could have a waiter 'serve' dinner. The fact that its unusual and the obvious effort you have put in will make your date feel special and Im sure you'd be on to a winner!

A gesture from the heart. Any fool can take a woman to a restaurant, but it’s far more meaningful to have dinner prepared for you by your loved one. I have had the wonderful pleasure of dating someone that didn’t have a lot of money, but had more heart than anyone I have ever met. The best date he took me on was… He woke me up in the early morning, to show me the first snow fall of winter (I love snow). We drove out to the country and walked around in the snow, and ended up cuddling under a tree watching the landscape get covered by pure whiteness and sun slowly rising. I still get an ear to ear grin when I think about that day. I always look back on the pictures we took and have great fondness for the simplicity and happiness I felt then.

taking her out to a posh restaurant, giving her the best meal of her life (so far! lol) and me paying for all (or most) of the bill, then taking on a moonlight walk to a coffee shop, have a quick drink then walk her home. sadly i don't have anywhere enough money to do that! lol

For me it would be a movie or show followed by a quiet intimate dinner at a nice quiet out of the way place in Midtown Manhattan followed by a carriage ride around central park. Then we sit along the promanade in Brooklyn Heights watching the sun rise over the NYC Skyline.

I got this little tidbit from a fellow bagger. Dinner from a for hire chef at my beachfront crib. We both try to slow dance the food off to the music of... Well that's all I can remember. Sorry folks.

The perfect date would consist of me preparing a nice dinner, chilling out on the couch and watching a zombie movie, then driving late at night to the beach and laying back and just observing the beauty of the night sky, and my lover. Unfortunately, no one else digs on that kind of thing, hence: I am alone.

A horse back ride to a secluded area where we could have the puicnic I had already set up... then ride some more...to another secluded camp like area where I would have another dinner set up with candles and food(might have my friends set it up so it's not cold and stuff) and finish off the night stairing up at the stars.... before we load up the horses and head back to the horse stables.....(shooting for a late night...not sexual though...Just a romantic night with someone special) If only I could get a girl to like me -_-

Sitting at a table in a bar room, listening to the music and occasionally dancing. I would always prefer a relaxed atmosphere like this. It's better than going to the movies where you can't talk to one another.

What's my budget for this date? OK, if it's unlimited, then, it goes thusly ... I leave my house in Maui, and go to pick her up in the convertible with a Bird-of-Paradise for her, of course. I pick her up, drive across the island (about 10 mins) then to the beach where horses are waiting. We horseback ride to a secluded spot, enjoy the sun just starting to set to some bubbly with strawberries and mago. We walk up to the plateau about 25 yards behind us and get into the helicopter. We fly up to a very secluded plateau on the mountain while watching the sun continuing to set. Once we land, we watch the Sun finish its day while we have a full course meal on a nicely prepared table overlooking the volcano on one side and the setting sun on the other. The full moon rises as we are finishing our meal and we helicopter out to the boat, land and enjoy the moon and some music on the bow waking up to the sunrise the next day :-) When the right girl comes along, I'll make this happen ... b/t/w :-)

Date Palms are unique in that they are either a male tree or a female tree. The male trees produce pollen, and the female trees produce flowers.Unfortunately, neither birds nor bees are attracted to the flowers, so the females have to be hand pollinated- not bad for a first date infact perfect

A man who shows up on time for a date. Dressed in a suit and tie bearing a single red rose; with "baby's breath"! Opens my car door. Takes me to a very nice dinner. Orders for me and a wonderful glass of wine! Pulls my chair out for me to get up! Takes me home (to MY home)! Kisses my hand and waits to see my reaction. If it's positive. . . .then leans in to kiss me on the mouth! Opens my door for me and tells me he'll call the next day (if all went all) and then CALLS THE NEXT DAY! The last man that did that for me, I MARRIED! And I'm STILL MARRIED TO HIM! He's a PRINCE (metaphorically speaking)!

I would love to spend the morning walking the beach,go to lunch on the pier,then off to a few galleries and antique shops.Later,he would pick me up to go see Stevie Ray Vaughn (yes,I know he's gone)then off for a few cocktails and conversation.That would be nice :)
