  • Depends on how intense it is and what caused it. If it is a matter of everything having to be organized a certain way, and if it get bumped it immediately has to go back, etc.. just purposefully changing things and forcing yourself to live with it can help.. something small, like the toothbrush facing the wrong.. If it is more complex, such as having to turn the door knob three times before being able to enter or leave, etc.. Therapy might be the best choice. The desire to over-come it can help, but finding out why and trying to minimize the anxiety when trying to break out of it, would be greatly improved by the help of a psychologist.
