How do you tell if a speaker or its driver is blown in a bass amp?

    Tom

    Connect another amp (known to work) to it, and it there's no sound, then the speaker is blown. Whether it is the speaker, driver or the "spider," it will be hard to tell which, but all are jobs for the recone shop.
