Divorce Question: I know if one party makes more there is a chance of them paying alimony, but what if one makes 60,000 + bonuses and the other around 75,000 a year. Would the person making 75,000 have to pay alimony or does the diff. have to be large?

    If both parties involved make that much per year, why have alimony at all, and go your own happy ways?
