If both parties involved make that much per year, why have alimony at all, and go your own happy ways?
Under Arizona Revised Statute 13-1408, adultery is illegal. Would you send a cheater to jail or just leave them?

You're reading Divorce Question: I know if one party makes more there is a chance of them paying alimony, but what if one makes 60,000 + bonuses and the other around 75,000 a year. Would the person making 75,000 have to pay alimony or does the diff. have to be large?
