Why do so many women dye their hair blonde? I and many people I talk to do not think it's a good look. Especially when the dark roots come through. What's wrong with natural hair color, anyway?

Nothing. I dye my hair blonde but my hair is already blonde. I just simply want to keep it the light colour it used to be. I don't dye it a really fake light blonde colour. :)

what is wrong with a fake color? some people prefer blonde, some red, some brown and some black... if I were rich I'd probably die my hair atleast twice per year just for the fun of it. last time I did it I told the chick "make me look good" and she did

I am a natural brunette and never had a desire to dye my hair blonde. I do know many women who dye their hair blonde. All those I've talked to are under the impression that most men prefer blondes. +5
