The li-ion battery life is between 600 to 800 charge-discharge cycle with no memory effect. so, you can charge you battery 600 to 800 times.

Does connecting batteries both in series and in parallel work? For example using 1.5v 3600mAH batteries, if I connected 3 in series for 4.5v 3600mAH, would adding 1 battery in parallel to this connection double the amperage for 4.5v 7200mAH?
