There were times in the past when I was seriously considering suicide. I was so depressed that I wanted to die. I was able to get over it when I learned that thoughts are things that come and go, they do not necessarily reflect reality. I learned to become aware of my emotions. When I was feeling down I told myself that just because I am feeling this way now does not mean that I will always feel this way.
I found all this in a book called 'The Mindful Way Through Depression'.
Can you really think that you don't mean anything to anyone in the world? I know life can be extremely hard, but someone cares about you somewhere. Do you think it's fair to leave those people who care for you? I know things are tough, but circumstances do change. Also, if you really don't want help, why ask what you should do?
Don't know, I feel exactly the same way and i'm not sure why i'm still here.
You have to just keep busy and avoid feeling that way. Don't stop , keep yourself always focussed on something else other than this.
What about suicide?
