Try masturbating with an extra-stimulating lube like Ben Gay or Icy Hot. Make sure you rub it on your balls, too, and that you take your time jerking off.

Another thing you can do is masturbate in front of someone else. I'm bi and submissive, and after I suck a guy or group of guys off, they usually make me masturbate in front of them. Intense if you're into being humiliated. Can be combined with the Ben Gay method, too.

Very easy and fun way when you in the shower or bathtub; Use your washcloth. Soap it up well and then with it in your hand do your usual masturbation routine. You'll find the slickness of the soapy washcloth to be most stimulating.
