    One teaspoon is 5 ml. Drop sizes vary, so it's impossible to answer this question authoritatively.

    But standard adult intravenous tubing uses drops ranging from 10-20 per ml -- as good a standard as any. So a teaspoon would contain 50-100 drops.

    it depends on the size of the drop. Different liquids are different sizes.
