Humous, Tzatziki, with anything - like in pitta(with falafel its nice, but that's not greek), Moussaka can be lovely (although I have a non-meat variant)
I don't know that much about greek food though, i'm afraid.

It's all good. I've honestly never had any Greek food that I didn't like. Some people feel that the black olives and feta cheese are an acquired taste though. If you're at a real restaurant, and you're only moderately adventurous I'd start with Greek roasted chicken, Greek salad, Lemon-chicken soup, and Baklava for dessert. If you're a little more adventurous, have the Moussaka instead of the roast chicken. If you're at a fast-Greek-food stand, have a souvlaki sandwich.

A Souflaki sandwich on fresh Pita bread and served with freshly made Sizeeki.

Sorry, not sure of correct spelling. Souflaki are lamb chunks, Pita bread is a very good thin bread, and Sizeeki is a spinich dip.
