What feels good and does not is not an accurate measure of what is ethical or not, and whether or not something is good. I doubt anyone ever raped someone because it felt bad. What "feels right" is also subjective. It has been used to justify every atrocity known to humankind.

A far better measure of the ethical nature of any action is its impact, and particular caution should be paid to any action that causes harm.

I believe in neither Yahweh nor Satan, for full disclosure.

Feelings alone are not the best method for measuring truth, or false statements or doctrines. I am not sure who Andy Polland is but I fear he did not do a lot of studying of the Book of Mormon, for there he would have had a different criteria for measuring truth and error.

I quote from Moroni 7;15-17..."For behold, my brethren, it is given unto you to judge, that ye may know good from evil; and the way to judge is as plain, that ye may know with a perfect knowledge, as the daylight is from the dark night.
16 For behold, the Spirit of Christ is given to every man, that he may know good from evil; wherefore, I show unto you the way to judge; for every thing which inviteth to do good, and to persuade to believe in Christ, is sent forth by the power and gift of Christ; wherefore ye may know with a perfect knowledge it is of God. 17 But whatsoever thing persuadeth men to do evil, and believe not in Christ, and deny him, and serve not God, then ye may know with a perfect knowledge it is of the devil; for after this manner doth the devil work, for he persuadeth no man to do good, no, not one; neither do his angels; neither do they who subject themselves unto him."

It is obvious here that feelings are not enough when trying to desern between good and evil, or truth and false doctrines as the case may be...Later
