  • Because you Dont Want to Be Made to Get Up. On the other hand...You deep down want to get up cause you now have that choice. (shoot...does this make sence??)
  • Ha Ha! I have often wondered this myself. It's gotta be psychological.
  • You already answered your question, because you wake up earlier. The body won't just sleep forever. Once it gets enough sleep, it'll wake itself up or you will wake up easier because your body got the amount of sleep it needed.
  • It's "all in the mind", my dear! "All in the MIND"! WEE-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E!!!!!!!!!!!
  • Annoying isnt it. I think its just our internal clock that got into the habit of us being awake early and it doesnt switch off easily.+5
  • Its a pain isnt it, our bodies I think playing tricks on us. Or neighbours scraping walls, this was the wake up call for me this morning, I think they were stripping their walls of wallpaper. Grrr! +5
  • Finagle's Theorem: The universe ends toward the perverse. It's a sub-corollary of Murphy's Law.
  • you too huh? glad im not the only one ithought i was disfunctional :)+6
  • I'll take a bet that everyone in this world of ours has experienced your complaint. You go to bed early, so as to feel fresh in the morning. You wake before the alarm rings, realise it is not quite wake up time, so you can stay just that little bit longer in the warm bed. Then you go into the deepest sleep known to man and just cannot wake up, feeling completely exhausted and knowing in your heart you just cannot keep up this life anymore.
  • I would +you a million times if I could. This is the bain of my existence...Darn cat.
  • I don`t have this problem. I never use my alarm to get up in the morning. And when i have the day off, I sleep like a baby, and have a right good lie in. Maybe I am the exception?
