I got my wisdom teeth pulled out last week and i still have some pain so i have been taking ibuprofen quite a bit. i take 2-3 at most every 7-8 hours. is this dangerous?

    I'm surprised you weren't instructed to take Tylenol rather than Advil. Read the label and don't take more that it says to take. That's what it's there for.

    Read the packet - generally you can take 2 ibuprofen every 4 hours.
    It's only really a problem for your stomach which can be upset by this drug but it doesn't affect everyone adversely.
    You can also mix aspirin /parecetemol with ibuprofen if you need more painkiller, without any adverse effects.
    Spent a long time recovering from back surgery so have some experience of pain management.
