Have you ever gotten half way through a book and can't figure what the book is about?

    I read Anna Karenina when I was in junior high. I couldn't figure out how everyone knew that she was having an affair until she was giving birth to the baby! That was a confusing book. I think I should try to read it again now that I'm older and could comprehend the story a little more.
