I say vomit. Every now & then I say throw up. It's just such a gross thing that I try to put the least gross term behind it.

The thread itself is making me think not nice thoughts. throw up is the only term I have ever used.
I try to switch up after I use one term. The most common are vomit, regurgitate, and ralph.
