Back in his days of Governing Texas Bush was actually a very good speaker. In recent years I would not, but if he were a good a speaker as he was back then then yes.

I avoid listening to him about anything, his voice and presence would annoy me. And I'm sure that's nothing compared to what he would say.

If the motivation was to mangle the english language even more than Ebonics does, yes.

He's a great motivational speaker. He motivated many African Americans into thinking they can be anything they want to be when they grow up. If it wasn't for Bush, we wouldn't have Obama as President. (That's the only positive thing I can think of when it comes to Bush.)
